Individual instruction for high-school pitchers who want to play at the next level — built around your body, your goals, and the things you can actually control.
48 innings. 1 walk. And that walk was intentional — called from the dugout.
Sophomore season at Lane Community College · JUCO control record · committed to Bellevue University, a top-ranked NAIA program, on a full-ride scholarship. First pitcher at Olympus High School (UT) to throw 90+, sitting 91 repeatedly senior year.
Velocity gets you looked at. Command gets you winning games. Sam plays — and teaches — for command.
See what command looks like over a full campaign — every out, one walk.
Work on the mound with Sam locally, or send two phone angles from anywhere in the country. Same standard, same eye.
Mound work, radar tracking, and real-time mechanical adjustments — face to face, adjusting pitch by pitch.
More than a breakdown. Work one-on-one with a college pitcher chasing the next level right now — full mechanical analysis plus real mentorship, walked through live.
Commercial programs sell one system to every arm. Every pitcher is different — different goals, different strengths, different bodies that move in different ways. Sam meets you where you are and builds toward where you want to go: mechanics, mindset, conditioning, pitch shapes, sequencing, and how to read hitters.
A coach should fill your blind spots, answer your questions, and correct the things you "know" that aren't actually true.

I had the privilege of coaching Sam for three years at Lane Community College, where he cemented himself as a Titan legend — not just because of what he accomplished on the mound, but because of who he was every single day. Sam has a unique ability to slow the game down, stay composed under pressure, and approach every challenge with authenticity and purpose. Any athlete, family, or organization that chooses to work with Coach Wilson will be better because of it.

Sam was one of the most dedicated players I've ever coached. He was constantly refining his mechanics, studying video, asking thoughtful questions, and mastering every aspect of pitching. He combines an exceptional understanding of pitching with an even-keeled personality that players naturally respond to. I confidently recommend him to any pitcher who wants to reach the next level.

Sam has an exceptional approach to pitching development. What sets him apart is his ability to connect all of those pieces and explain them in a way that pitchers can understand and apply. He doesn't just teach mechanics; he teaches how to become a complete pitcher.

Sam is one of the best teammates I've ever had — he leads by example and is always willing to help others improve. Whether it was mechanics, pitch grips, video analysis, or game preparation, he was the go-to resource for our entire pitching staff. What makes Sam a great coach is that he works with you, not at you: he identifies what needs to improve, explains why, and gives you practical drills to make it happen. I'd recommend him to any high school or college pitcher who wants to develop the right way.

As Sam's catcher, I saw firsthand the preparation behind every outing. After finishing one of the most efficient pitching seasons in junior college baseball history, he proved that his process works. He's an outstanding coach and mentor.

Everything Sam does has a purpose. Whether it was mechanics, mobility, nutrition, or studying video, he always knew why he was doing it. If you're willing to learn, you'll benefit tremendously from both his knowledge and his process.
Sam invested in helping everyone around him get better. He broke down my mechanics in a way that was easy to understand, and introduced me to new throwing drills and an arm care routine that I still use because they made such a difference. I'm a better pitcher because of what Sam taught me, and I'd recommend him to any player who wants to improve.
Good instruction shouldn't cost more than the value it delivers — and it should never cost your kid his arm. Sam's job is to empower your son to understand and maximize what he can control.
